Move, Change or Close your Service

Submit your move online. Before you start, you'll need:

  • Your new address. Check to make sure your new address is within our service area. If you're not sure, use the postal code look up tool on the right.
  • Your move in and move out dates.

When moving to a new property, you’ll see a one-time, "New Account Charge" on your first bill. This charge covers the cost of your account and meter set up. You will also receive a new Enbridge Gas account number. After you move and receive your first bill, we recommend you change your account number in your bank account settings so the payment is applied correctly.

Time to complete 2-to-5 minutes

Check whether your property has natural gas installed. If your property needs natural gas service installed, visit our switch to natural gas page for more information. An expansion surcharge may apply depending on your address. Visit our surcharge page for more information.
